Beginner Crochet with Sharon at our Turner location.
This class will be held at the Turner location.
Supplies Needed: You may bring your own supplies or purchase what you need at Western Maine Machines Crochet Hook size H, I, or J (you will learn all about the different hooks—sizes and types) Yarn : approximately 1 ounce or worsted weight or sock weight (scrapes of yarn will be available from teacher). Feel free to bring several colors for your project. Class Description: Class is limited to six people You will first learn about the different yarns on the market - and what all the info on the label means. Then you will learn all about the different crochet hooks, and how to change for sizing. You will learn several crochet stitches. After a little practice we will crochet a pretty coaster. While you make the project you will learn how to read a pattern.
